File System Shield and P2P Shield Question

Is installing File System Shield and P2P Shield a redundant in protection? ???

If you regularly use P2P applications, then no.

The file system shield is the main protection and most certainly not redundant. That is the process that scans files before they are run and essential.

I will keep File System Shield. Is just I wonder should I get rid of P2P shield seeing that File System Shield, Network Shield and Web Shield already cover me. Or is it different?

I am a regular P2P user. So I should I remove P2P shield

The P2P Shield makes it possible to use different (most likely higher) sensitivity for scanning the files downloaded via P2P programs, while keeping lower sensitivity (e.g. in respect to archive unpacking) for the rest of the system, thus limiting possible system slowdowns.

Very good policy from avast of allowing configuration of sensitivity with some parts of the computer, releasing resources for daily activities. Thanks.

So should I keep P2P shield?

If, as you said, you are a regular p2p user, then yes.
