FileRepMetagen keeps showing up.

I am running the AVAST Free Antivirus.
Seems I’m getting this message “Avast File System Shield has blocked a threat”. No further action is required.
Object: C:\Program Files (x86).…\iSafeTray.exe. Or this line may read: C:.…\bugreport.exe.
Infection: FileRepMetagen [Malware].
The Process line always reads the same as the Object line.

Then I get the message: “To finish the cleanup process we recommend running a boot time scan”.
I have ran a boot time scan 3 days in a row now.
Other notes: I get these messages every few hours. This started happening about a week ago. When I search programs and files for "isafetray.exe, filerepmetagen or metagen it finds nothing.

So why am I still getting this message and how do I get it to stop?

Ok so I used MBAM and got rid of that Metagen. I have been using the free avast. I’m ready to upgrade. Which avast program do I need to keep stuff like this away? Or do I buy and scan every once in a while with MBAM? Or do I install MBAM and that will keep stuff like this away?

I did not understand how your reply answered my question.
My question is: Which of these avast programs do I need to keep stuff like Metagen away? Premier, Internet Security, Pro Antivirus or SecureLine VPN?

If anyone else can help it would be appreciated.
