Hi all!
I tell you now that my English is not so good .
For several days (3-4 ) when I turn on the computer over 4-5 minutes I get from avast a notice how tells that an infection was blocked.After 4-5 seconds again I receive a notification that blocked another infection.I use Malawarebytes for a while and of course, I receive from it a notfication which tells me that the infection was detected and blocked.
Then there is an error from Windows about MsAudioEngine.exe : "MsAudioEng has stopped working… " .
I opened one of the avast where notices are written as follows:
Infection blocked.

My question is :
Can you help me get rid of this infection ? I have not given importance but began to worry that appears every time I turn on the computer.

file seems new First submission 2015-04-01 20:53:40 UTC ( 1 week, 4 days ago ) and it seems avast FileRep warning is correct

I will remove my tools now and give some recommendations, but, I would like you to run for 24 hours or so and come back if you have any problems
Now the best part of the day ----- Your log now appears clean 
A good workman always cleans up after himself so…The following will implement some cleanup procedures as well as reset System Restore points:
Remove tools
Download and run Delfix
Select the options as shown
