Files at any flash drive looks like shortcuts(C:/Windows/System32).Please help!

Hi there! I have an issue with files in any flash drive (e-book, etc) I put in. Every file looks like shortcut to smth in C:/Windows/System32.
This is it:

C:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe /c cls&cls&cls&cls&cls&cls&cls&cls&cls&cls&cls&start explorer System" "Volume" "Information&cls&cls&cls&cls&cls&cls&cls&cls&cls&cls&cls&start Microsoft" "Excel.WsF&cls&cls&cls&cls&cls&cls&cls&cls&cls&cls&cls&exit

How can i handle it?

PS. I red the similar topics here, but maybe there is a short way to handle this issue?

Download MCShield to your desktop and install
It will initially run a scan and show the result as a toaster by the system clock
Then in the control centre select scanner and tick unhide items on flash drives

Plug in the drive and McShield will start a scan

Then get the log which will be located under the logs tab on the main page

And post that

THEN

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.

[*]Right click to run as administrator (XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File). When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
[*]Select additions at the bottom
[*]Press Scan button.

[*]It will produce a log called FRST.txt in the same directory the tool is run from.
[*]Please attach both logs generated.
