Files Could Not Be Scanned

I’m pretty certain that my computer is infected with some sort of virus/malware. After scanning, I’m provided with a fairly long list of files that cannot be scanned with status - Error: Incorrect Function (1). Most of these are residing in Winsxs folder and the Windows Defender folder. Any idea on what to do?

If you want help with checking/removal of malware, provide the logs files we need.

Did you scan just after a Windows update? ...... try a reboot and scan again, same result?

I think I pulled and attached the logs correctly.

I did not perform a scan after updating Windows. I have rebooted though and scanned again and it still has the same issue.
