Files that avast is unable to scan

Hi, maybe this is simple, but I’d like to know what to do with the files Avast tells me it is “unable to scan.” Most of them are in Documents and Settings with the ending of “sbRecovery.ini” or “sbRecovery.reg” and the rest are in Program Files/Lavasoft, which is the Ad-aware program that I regularly use for removing spyware. I need to know what I should do with these files. Should I leave them alone, or should I quarantine, try and remove, or what do you suggest? It is normal these are password protected files by spybot and Adaware. Avast doesn’t know the password so can’t scan. No problem though as they are the backups created by these programmes of suspected malware… ;D
