right now I use superantispyware to find tracking cookies on chrome, is there any other program(s) that can do this?

Most security programs do not bother about cookies. They are not a threat. You can also control cookies through your browser.

you can empty cookie folders with CCleaner. http://www.piriform.com/
OBS… remember to untic the toolbar install if you dont want it
Download the CCleaner Slim version which doesn’t include the toolbar in the installation file
