It is nice to always have Firebug Lite aboard when in need of it’s functionality.
There is a bookmark to be found on this site: http://getfirebug.com/lite.html
Firebug Lite as bookmarklet
Drag the following link to your bookmark toolbar and use Firebug Lite on any page:
Start the bookmark’s toolbar always on with Ctr+B and drag the link there,
That’s all folks, similar procedure for every other browser I guess, when on a NoScript blocked page, you have to (temporarily) allow getfirebug & kodfabrik.com
I already have that functionality in firefox without firebug, e.g. I just dragged the link to getfirebug in your post into one of my bookmark toolbars and it placed a bookmark there, see image.
If I have already opened the page, I can drag the icon to the left of the address bar into the bookmarks toolbar in the same way and it creates a bookmark. Neither of the above examples seems as complex as firebug ???
