Firefox wants to install a security update but it is telling me that tha Avast! /webrep 6.01.2 l

sorry this posted before I finished Avast!webrep 6.0.1203 in incompatile.

Advice please

avast WebRep is a reputation system only. Not protection itself.
You can install “Add-on Compatibility Reporter” into Firefox and allow avast WebRep. I mean, avast works, but Firefox shows it as incompatible. With this other extension, the (messed) Firefox update cycle could be more straightful.

Thanks for the info. My Firefox is set to check for add-on updates and as this is not critical I will install the update
