I am trying to download updates for my printer but it keeps failing. I figure I need to disable the firewall and antivirus software. However, I can’t find the word “firewall” anywhere. How do I disable the firewall and antivirus software?
What firewall do you have?..there is no firewall in avast free or pro

I would never disable my firewall or anti-virus.
That is a disaster waiting to happen.
