Firewall Arp protection?

Hello avast forum,
Im currently running avast with online armor free firewall,
I was using comodo but i find online armor to be better alongside avast,
The only difference i can see is that apparently online armor does not provide ARP protection so ive learned from the emsisoft forum,
Is this something i need to be concerned about.?
The only problem i have with using comodo with avast is that the comodo interface looks very bland without their anti virus installed and i think their interface needs a complete re design as im picky on these sort of things.
And from what i understand there is a problem with comodo and avast at the moment.
I say im very happy with the OA and avast combination but i need some clarification on the ARP protection issue.
Many thanks.
