At the first please try to reset all rules and restart the application (force stop and start again); if this action will not have any effect, please try to check the FW log, if anything bad happened there. Also, if you are using any other application(s) which may interfere with TCP/IP stack, try to disable them first. Off course SecDroid could have an effect - I will look at it.
