Firewall delaying the initialization of network services

The computer in question is running win 7 x64.

After you have logged into the computer the network driver can take up to two minutes to initialize and only after that time does the computer have a working network connection. I know this is due to the avast firewall driver delaying the initialization. I see these entries in the firewall log file.

When is the next release of avast coming out? 1426 has been out for a while and in my opinion has issues that need fixing.

yes I applied that patch awhile ago. Now the problem is back.

I will reapply the patch again.

I am hoping there is a program update soon. The current 1426 version has some issues that need resolving.
