I know this is not “new” but I didn’t see my q answered in the other posts.
I restarted my computer & went back to see this, “I need to set up a firewall for the network I’m currently connected to”.
I’ve had the same connection for many years with the firewall set, why is this coming up now?
Because of that I get suspicious, wondering if it’s true or not true.
Afraid to click anything, it’s just sitting there waiting…

What Operating System, what version of avast! free, Internet Suit ,etc
What firewall are you using?
Did you recently update anything ?

Where do you change firewall settings?
Do you have any idea what they are “supposed” to read?
Is there any way to go to “default”?
Doesn’t matter what kind of system you have – free or no. You have the same menu as paid and free when you open Avast.
Please answer the questions. I can’t see your computer nor can I read you mind. Thanks
