Firewall NDIS Filter Miniport Missing Driver NOT SOLVED

I have gone through the procedures that someone described on a similar topic, but it didn’t work. That procedure involved going into ‘Safe Mode’ and updating the driver. When I did that it said that the driver was already updated.
