Firewall not activated in new Internet Security purchase.

I upgraded online a few minutes ago from Avast antivirus to the new Internet Security but I can’t seem to get the Firewall turned on. When trying to turn the firewall on I get a popup box saying “Firewall Not Available”. Can someone please help me to fix this? Thank You.

I do not recommend the upgrade via GUI. I’d suggest uninstalling and installing AIS from scratch.

Uninstalling and reinstalling fixed my firewall issue. Thanks again for your recommendation. It worked for me. Belinda
