Firewall not available

is someone so kind to help me to solve this problem?

I bought the new avast version (avast! internet security) on line just few days ago.
Now, it seems there is a problem with the avast firewall, because I was trying to activate this and a massege by the system shows that the avast firewall is not available.
So, what can I do?

Repair avast!:

1. Control Panel → Add/Remove programs → avast!
2. Click on ‘Repair’.
3. Follow instructions.
4. Reboot.
