Hi guys, hope you can help.

I recently upgraded to Avast Premier, and keep getting a notification that the Firewall isn’t working. I got into Protection > Firewall, try clicking the slider from off to on, the slider greys a little bit, then does nothing.

Does anyone have any tips or suggestions on how to get it up and running?

  1. reboot your system if that doesn’t work, follow this:

Repair Avast:
Control Panel> Program and Features (Add/remove program)>Select Avast> Select Repair. Reboot when completed
