Two questions:

  1. If read correctly, if the FREE version of ZoneAlarm is being used, then one does not have to worry about the WebShield conflict and can click “No” on the disable dialog. Correct?

  2. Is anyone here savy with Kerio Personal Firewall. (Its forum has dissappeared.)

  1. That is correct:
  • ZONE ALARM - AVAST Web Shield compatibility dialogue - Install/Update Question - YES or NO

If you are using ZoneAlarm Free you should click NO, because privacy features are not present in ZoneAlarm Free this will not turn off web shield transparent mode proxy.

  1. Kerio are now owned by Sunbelt Software. Have tried a google search for Kerio forum, that returns many hits. This would seem to be the Sunbelt Kerio one at CastleCops http://castlecops.com/f208-Sunbelt_Kerio.html

DavidR, thanks for the heads up on that forum. That will definately help in the future.

However, I am also looking for a series of posts I made on the old KPF forum last summer.

Well the google search brought up a lot of hits, so it would depend on where that forums was you posted on, the forum(s).kerio.com (not sure if it as forum or forums) was still there but I don’t know how far back it goes.
