Firewall rules won't remember - ENDLESS popups

ok - after this most recent update - the pop ups asking me for permission to access the internet are INCESSANT. I click on “Ok” and “Remember My Answer” and the SAME PROGRAMS keep popping up asking for %$$#@%$#@ firewall questions. I can’t even use the computer because the pop ups just keep coming up

Repair Avast:

  1. Avast GUI → Settings → Troubleshooting
  2. Click on ‘REPAIR APP’.
  3. Follow instructions.
  4. Reboot.

I have the exact same problem and the repair didn’t fix it! >:(
