I bought an Avast Premium Account 2015, wich seemed to be the best option for using Avast. But the Firewall just CAN’T be enabled. It is always off(disabled), and when I try to enable it, just say that the problem is: it’s disabled!. Someone please can tell me what to do? Thank you!!! Aprecciate it a lot!
what antivirus program / firewall did you use before installing avast?
did you remove your pervious used security programs before installing avast?
did you remove it according to that vendors instructions and using removal tool?
