Firewall Turned Off - Problem?

Not sure if this is a problem or not.

On occasions, usually after a restart, Avast is starting up with the firewall turned off.

I get the alert telling me, but since I do not switch if off, I am puzzled as to why it is turned off and it needs end-user action to turn it back on.

Any ideas?

Repair Avast:

  1. Control Panel → Add/Remove programs → Avast
  2. Click on ‘Repair’.
  3. Follow instructions.
  4. Reboot.
