i am running windows 7, i have checked and dont believe i am running any other antivirus, but it keeps telling me in avast that i am fully connected but protection is unknown and the firewall is off-wont let me turn on, and says its unreachable… PLEASE HELP!!! also i have the avast internet security version
and is anyone else have trouble reaching tech support?
