Apps you shouldnt block in Whitelist mode.
Items listed in Red are required for normal use of your android.
Items listed in Orange are things all android users probably use, but wont break anything serious if you disable it.
Items listed in Blue are things not everyone uses, however they were note worthy for some reason (IE: Calendar app doesn’t need access, Calendar Sync does)
“5 Apps” AKA “Google Services Framework” - Required by several google apps to authenticate to your google account, such as Gmail, Currents, Drive, etc
“4 Apps” AKA “Download Manager” - Required for downloading files from Google Play, Browser, etc
“Google Play Store” - Required for Google Play and some apps authentication
“Media Server” - Used by Youtube App and possibly others
“Voice Search” - Required for Google Now voice searching. (“Connection Problems” error if you disable this and try to search)
“Google Calendar Sync” - Required to sync your google calendar items. You dont have to give the calendar app access, only this.
At the bottom of the list there are a few strange apps listed, called:“2 Apps”, “4 Apps”, “5 Apps”, “16 Apps”.
When you click on one, for example ‘2 Apps’, it brings up the screen for “Email” and “4 Apps” brings up “Download Manager” Apparently yes this is normal for now and will be fixed in an upcoming release.
