I have set a rule to allow Jellyfin.exe full in/out access:

However, when I try to connect via my Android app, it still blocks the application:

When I disable the firewall it works perfectly.
How can I allow Jellyfin.exe to have full access? I thought my rule would allow it but, annoyingly, it’s still being blocked.
Is your Android application also allowed through the firewall?

The app is the android Jellyfin app. But in the logs, there’s nothing on the firewall’s block list related to any android or other app, it’s just the jellyfin.exe app that keeps getting blocked (as per logs) even though I allowed it.

Try talking to support about this problem, about this application because to find out like that, it’s difficult to know how to know what it is.

Do you mean talking to them on this forum or lodging a ticket? As a free user I dont think that I can create a ticket. Thanks
And I use Google Translate. It could be that it came out wrong.
I wanted to tell you to contact AVAST support.

I managed to fix this!
My network is labelled as Unidentified network which connects to my router:

Within Avast I had to make Unidentified Network as trusted:

Now everything works as I would hope
