How do I uninstall PC FASTER
And the last time I went into safe mode my system closed down
Go to control panel > add/remove and uninstall anything with the name Baidu
Then follow the re-install instructions

Did you close Avast ? As it must be kept open on your desktop at the remote assistance page. As soon as you close the page the connection becomes invalid
Have I done this correctly
I cannot connect as you appear to have closed the Avast windows, that automatically breaks the connection
I am going off line now so we will have to pick this up again tomorrow
