I just downloaded Avast and now i want to turn on the firewall and he gives this message:
‘not possible to open the firewall’

is this avast internet security (AIS) ?
what antivirus did you use before avast ?
did you uninstall it before installing avast ?
do you have a firewall other then windows installed ?
