I bought a Avast license, and had installed it, but a couple days ago my firewall stop working. The icon warns me, i click on it, open the program window, and it tells me to click on the correct button. I do that, but the program says the firewall it’s not available. And that´s it. Any of you have some clue, of what´s happening? Sorry for the baaad english, but the avast suport sucks and nobody could help me yet. Thanks

Did you try to repair Avast! ?
Start > Programs and Features > Avast > change " Choose repair " last on the list. Reboot.
If it does not fix it, you can always reinstall Avast! from scratch:
Install from scratch:
Very important to remove all remains of other AVs installed before Avast. Use this site to execute uninstall utilities for other AVs.

Download and save a fresh copy of Avast!. Be sure to have your lincense handy if running a paid version:

Use aswclear.exe in safe mode for any Avast! you may have had before. eg v 5, v 6, and then for v. 7. Reboot after each uninstall.
Reinstall fresh copy of Avast!
