First support ticket has been ignored - it will now be my last!!!!!!

What useless Technical Support. My ticket #HZR-395-26579 raised on 15th April 2015 has been ignored. Maybe its because it about that they’ve invoiced twice and I’m after a refund.

Well they wont be getting a more money from me.

Well that seems to have done diddly squat. Is there email address private?

Ive now seen lots of threads saying incidents are not acknowledged other than through auto response and that each time you update the ticket it takes you to the back of the queue. There’s even one that says be patient for 10 days because there’s so many. Well if that’s the case employ more support staff
