First time Run Error

Hey! In need of some help

I’m having an issue that is so frustrating to resolve, and I told want to give up and move to another program. I’m positive you have gotten this question before but it seems all their resolutions wont help me for one reason or another.

Now I’ve done by all research and see this could be caused by multi antiviruses. But to the best of my ability I have removed everyone I could find, except Malwaybytes and Zone Alarm both of which aren’t Full Anti Viruses. Also I’ve found that it could be the .NET framework, But to find out if that’s the case it wants me to run sxstrace, which I cannot because I only have Windows Premium and I cannot chance by local security settings to allow me to execute it as it does not exist in Windows Premium.

What do I do!

Is this not related to the c++ version on the system ?

This error can have many causes and usually there is nothing wrong with the side-by-side itself - for example insufficient disk space or issues with access rights. Can you elaborate what do you mean by “Windows Premium”?
