Anyone ever seen this flaming wheel, clock, or compass on their desktop? I looked for anything similar as an icon, and nothing even close. It doesn’t change with wallpapers and will stay on top of other programs including Google Earth, Topo USA, internet browsers. The mmorpg client for Eve overrides it, but it seems like a faded icon but not clickable. Hovering over it does nothing. I can’t find the image on google images or bing images.
Any ideas? ???

No. No right click either. Here’s a little more info. Win7 64 Ultimate. But here’s an interesting note. When I hover over the “show desktop” in the lower right, all the windows that are open have an outline like normal but that little icon, if I can even call it that, goes away all together. Telling me it is somehow linked with the desktop.

Perhaps, it’s drag-drop icon of a particular program. Judging by its looks, it might be some sort of a disk burning icon or perhaps, a performance boosting tweaker. By any chance, do you have any of those aforementioned programs?
