Upon running ipconfig /flushdns, I get the message below:

Could not flush the DNS Resolver Cache: Function failed during execution.
What do I do next?
see if you get anything with ipconfig/displayDNS and also see if your DNS cache service is enabled…did you install any hosts file utility recently?
Yes I am using hosts file and I have hostman installed.
just what I thought, hostman disables windows DNS caching.
