flyclick.biz always showing up as being blocked

Hi:
Avast Consistently shows up as blocking a file called flyclick.biz file.( see error message below)… Ran avast full scan and no virus or malware detected. Also ran malwarebytes scanner and nothing detected… Any Ideas? Thanks…

Avast has blocked the following harmful files:

flyclick. biz located in c:windows/ieexplore.exe
