Of course the first thing that would come to your mind is that the LCD is broken but like I posted earlier,

  • At the beginning the fog was small, then it spread out and took the entire screen gradually in the course of couple days.

  • At the beggining I was able to get to boot menu , but I couldn’t get to safemode because it would not let me move the cursor. Because of this behavior, i/e up and down arrow key which serves as mouse in boot menu didn’t work, I was more inclined to think this is some sort of virus.

  • Now I can’t see anything on screen before, after booting the computer.

@jtaylor83, No I didn’t step on my laptop, no I didn’t sit on my laptop. If I had done so or at least if I had any doubt it was hardware malfuntion I wouldn’t be wasting my time and many other genuine people’s time on a forum like this.
And yes, first thing that came to my mind was to step on my laptop, break it smash it and throw out of the window, but I have very important work on it not just files.

Thanks.
