folder lost in Sansa recorder after Avast sandbox

hi to all helpers
as in subject lost all folders in my Sansa recorder.
the data is there as I can listen to it but I can not see it let alone move it to my computer
can you help?

Maclif, sorry not being able to help that much, but:

  1. Remove your gmail address and avoid spamming.
  2. Try to check if any file from Sansa is being automatically sandboxed (File Shield > Expert settings > Autosandbox).

i tried to see if there is any trace of to folderds
well not in win 7 with Avast installed
BUT pluged my Sansa in another computer winXP no Avast and after a few hickings it worked
I was able to see all lost folders
what can you get from this?
is there a function in Avast interface program that let you see what is in the sandbox of an external memory?

Additional protection > Sandbox (what is being run inside of the on demand sandbox).
File Shield > Expert Settings > Autosandbox (what is being run inside of the on access sandbox).
