Followed the logs guide because of constant malware being detected by Avast

Hello.
This is the fixlog that came up after i pressed fix.
When i pasted the text into the notepad and saved it as fixlist.txt onto the same place where FRST is i wasnt supposed to do anything with it afterwards correct? I just had to open FRST and hit fix and that was it? And now after my computer restarted the fixlist.txt is gone.
