It’s not in my programs
It doesn’t have to be in your programs to still be running in the background.
Just run the removal tool. It will clear out the leftover stuff. It can’t do any harm to your system.
I used the removal tool and when I restarted my computer it would not come on. I had a neighbor come here and fix it.
