Some of us use Tor or Tor-enabled Torpark (Torrified FF 2.06), a weak point where Tor traffic can be monitored is an compromised node or end-node. The node checker can be found here online:

Whether Tor will be outlawed, because governments like to take the easy way out, seems to be seen,
but on the other hand for some people (Human Rights Researchers etc.) it is a vital tool.
But it has never been an end-to-end privacy tool, and when using a fixed Mac Address, ID verification and data retention etc. become obligatory to go online there is no hiding anywhere anymore.
