That seems a bit extreme. Look up in the thread a bit… I agreed with you and suggested making a factual, rational complaint. It’s the best you can do.

Please try to keep in mind that we fellow users can only help you deal with the way things actually are vs. telling you that it’s going to be all better soon. We don’t work for the company that makes this software!

Dealing with the way things are just takes a willingness to read things carefully and understand the questions before answering. That’s good advice for things well beyond antivirus software, too. It’s no one’s responsibility but yours to protect you from the bad things in the world.
