somehow avast is not allowing windows media player to access cd information, and making all my file read only, to fix that i need to deactiviated so i can make some changes but i can not do that coz i forgot the password, need help ASAP!!! any advice is welcome

You need to remove and reinstall Avast.

Download the official Avast Clear tool

Restart Windows in Safe Mode
Settings → System → Recovery → Advanced startup
Restart now → Troubleshoot → Advanced options → Startup Settings → Safe mode
Run Avast Clear
Select the folder where Avast is installed
Click Remove
Restart your computer normally
Download and install Avast again

This removes the password, but also erases old settings.
