OK I see there is two passwords used here ok I need help I remember my passsword to get into my account on web browser just fine. But I cant remember password for software its very weird to me i can loggin to my account from software but still need another password on software to make changes and I can not remember it please what to do as there is no option for forgot password in the box please help ???
