Each time I restart my computer and go the forum I have to login. I knew what my password was but when I enter it, shows incorrect password so I have to click on forgot password. Sends me a link to my email account so I can change it. Why doesn’t it remember my password? This is a real pain.
Start by trying to login to your my.avast.com account as that is where the password is checked against.
Whilst I don’t know is the password is case sensitive, but ensure that you have the CAPS lock key off.
