OK I dont know if this is a virus or what it does but it has a malicious reg value to rewrite it self, Now wouldnt that define a virus code that repreduces it self,

OK Where do i go to submit this virus so it can be tagged, I removed it from the system I no longer have a problem, I also archived it for analysis,

Can some one tell me where these get sent to becuase I have an edge on these attacks and can submit, every thing I find,

also can some one suggest some software that restricts access to a file on a computer?

To send the suspected files to avast please use virus@avast.com.

Erm, i don’t know of any software, but mabey you could make it “read-only” (right click the file and select proerties).
