I don’t know if anyone read this already but here it goes.
Four years in a Chinese jail for virus writer who created joss-stick worm “Panda burning incense” worm stole passwords and usernames".

I have always been in favour of suspended sentences for these virus writers.

So for me, 4 years suspended by the neck sounds about right.

I’m surprised they didn’t give him a death sentence, as that seems to be how things like this are handled over there…but still, 4 years in a Chinese prison isn’t something I want to contemplate.

Let’s not go that far, LOL… what I would do to him is forbid him using computers for his lifetime, and if he breaks the deal at any point, 4 additional years back in jail… Chinese jail of course ;D

Funny thing is… in other countries you pay a big time for sins like this, in some countries there is even a death penalty, but if you do that in US, few years they will throw you like a rag-doll from one court room to another (so lawyers can make some money too… some serious money of course), and at the end you’ll end up doing some work for the community and of course grand finale - you’ll get employed by FBI, LOLx1000 ;D
