Hello,
When I run my defragment program I always see that some Avast files are heavily fragmented.
For instance file Mail.log is made of more than 50 fragments. And some temp files are more than 150 fragments.
Is there a way to avoid this ?

temp files…just empty temp folders.

anyway i dont see the problem with some fragmented files…
and there will always be some as they move/accessed
