A couple of months ago I bought Avast Internet Security license. To my surprise, my computer is infected with spyware. It turns out that upon seeing the status of my account, I see that my license is free. I re-entered the serial number they sent me at the time of purchase and I don’t activate the full version. I need a solution to my problem, URGENT.

Well the Free Version also Protects from Spyware, Viruses, and all that as well, Sorry that you got Spyware on your PC, but highly doubt it’s a Fraud case… Anyways Good luck in getting your issue fully solved.

Welcome to the club! I paid for Avast Pro that ruined my Windows - 4 months ago due to false detection and I cannot get even a sincere apology.
all antivirus software doesnt offer 100% protection. Its not a fraud, the free version would still be suffice to block that spyware like Patrick said.
