Since updating to Windows 10 version 2004 last week, the Free Antivirus app is blocking the Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG) game from launching. The app is fully updated. Only way I know how to get the game going is by disabling shields while I play.
Can’t seem to find a way to add any exceptions, is there a way to do that? Thanks a lot.
Edit: Found the place to add exceptions and it worked. But this is a bug that should escalate.
You can try to report this using the Submit Feedback via the About Avast (right click on the avast tray icon). It might also be worth giving a link to this topic.
Im having the exact same issue. I cant run the game unless I completely disable AVAST.
Have you done what the OP said resolved the issue ?
