Free Avast detecting malware and trojans in EVERYTHING!

I own a Nexus 10 tablet and only today has it started apparently to drive avast crazy. It’s detecting malware and trojans in all of my apps… From Chrome to Gmail and other anti virus software. How am I meant to get it to stop this? My tablet is becoming almost in unusable!

Please help, starting to panic!
