If you want a free optical mouse you can go HERE to give out a small bit of personal information. After doing that and using “Home User” where it asked “company name” it said I would be receiving my Optical Mouse “shortly”. Didn’t have to fill out any more personal information than I did to receive the free USB drive earlier this week. 
In answering their questions I checked off “don’t know” and it seemed to work.

creates a scrolling display. is an MSIE extension, but is now supported by NS 7. is often regarded as one of the "evil" tags, and that perception alone might be enough reason to not use it.;D
