use the full version spyware doctor 5.0(4.0 is older version)as my realtime spyware protection(on both my windows and vista computers-as well as the two other products mentioned) and has helped me alot in the past and also use their full version registry mechanic and the FREE pctools firewall plus.e
the spyware doctor in google pack is just the trial version(limited on what it can really do)
older version 4.0 took lots of background process k’s-5.0 very very light and very fast NOW :o
